4.1. Academic documents
This includes all your certificates & academic record like
A: Bachelor’s transcript & certificate
B: Master’s transcript & certificate (if the student is applying for 2nd Master’s or fellowship)

4.2. Cover passport, passport & NIC
The cover passport must be scanned fully. Must provide a high-resolution picture (Maximum size is 500KB)
The passport of the applicant must contain at least one full blank page on both sides. Every corner of the page should be scanned.
The passport must be valid at the time of visa application and on arrival to Indonesia. It is recommended to have a passport validity of 18 months at the time of arrival.

4.3. English Proficiency Certificate & Bahasa Proficiency Certificate
Meeting the English language requirements set by UMS is an important step toward achieving your bigger goal. If you are applying for International Class, you need to provide English language proficiency.
Generally speaking, Students with IELTS 6.5 overall or TOEFL above 100, are considered good.
However, applicants applying for regular classes (in which courses will be taught in Bahasa), need to provide Bahasa Proficiency Certificate.
4.4. Recommendation letters / Letters of Reference
The applicants must provide up to 3 letters of recommendation. from the previous university, (Depending upon courses).
It is advised to provide a letter of recommendation from the HOD (Head of the department or Relevant course head) who should be a PhD.

The letter must include an official letterhead, signature, and official stamp and must be of the current date.

4.6. Health Condition Certificate for International Priority Scholarship
A health condition certificate must be provided within the application form.
