2.1. Nationality 

You must be a citizen of a country other than Turkey. The Türkiye Burslari Scholarship is basically designed for international students, and therefore, you should be a citizen of a country other than Turkey. However, there are some exceptions to this rule.

3.2. Copy of Passport
